A therapy session is 1 hour a week. That leaves 167 hours where clients are alone with their thoughts, patterns, and struggles. No clinical-grade support. No real tools. Just generic apps that say “breathe deeply.”

In Punjabi, Mansukh — Sukhi’s full name — translates to “Peace of Mind.” POM stands for exactly that. The company is literally named after the meaning of her name.
Sukhi is a licensed trauma therapist with 7 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults. She’s the clinical backbone — every tool, every insight, every word is grounded in real research and real sessions.
Amar is a clinical counseling student diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety, who took the long way here. He builds the technology. Together, they created POM Therapy Collective and then POMWELL — because therapy shouldn’t stop when the session ends.
